Message to our customers: Like all retailers and manufacturers, we’re currently experiencing supply chain issues due to metal and material shortage. Over the last 12 months we have done our best to limit these delays but unfortunately it is out of our control. Please understand that delays are fluid and we are doing everything in our power to resolve product shortages. If an item is in stock you are looking at please do not wait. With price increases happening weekly and longer than normal transit times it could be months and hundreds / thousands more per item when an item comes back in stock.
So, why are some orders being affected? Major ports around the world are still operating at reduced capacity because of COVID-19 restrictions — on average, container boats sit at port for about 3 weeks before being unloaded. Combine these shipping inefficiencies with a scarcity of natural resources, and virtually every industry has been crippled to some degree. Yet we acknowledge that it’s our duty to meet these challenges head-on and work toward solutions so you can enjoy more time outdoors with the people you love.
