Premier Outdoor USA From start to finish all I can say is amazing. The salesman Bob who sold us the Spa was great, informative and patient. Stephanie who dealt with the delivery aspect was awesome and kept us informed every step of the way, which was comforting. The driver they used for the delivery (Chris I think) was an absolute rock star. It took some time and maneuvering but we got it done and I can’t thank him enough. Bob is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful salespeople we have ever encountered. I like that he assessed our needs and guided us toward a superb hot tub, which will fulfill all of our needs as effectively as possible. He was a pleasure to deal with. An excellent experience. My experience at Premier has been exemplary. Upon visiting we were lucky to have Bob be our guide and share with us the key facts and figures surrounding hot tubs. What was at first an overwhelming endeavor was made comfortable and we were given a litany of information which made our search easier. We were given all the time we needed to ask so many questions and found the exact spa we wanted and were so lucky that this is one of the few places with items in stock! Thanks to Bob we got the best hot tub for us and all of the rest of the team have been just great. Can’t say enough great things!
